Returns are a natural part of the process and need to be accounted for. Each client has unique reverse logistics process, and we customize our returns processing to each client individually. In some instances, products are to be inspected and then processed accordingly, whether they can be resold, or need to be recycled. By understanding the reverse logistics processing flow, Corropack’s team can handle the unkitting, sorting/scrapping of damaged or defective products and repackaging and restocking of goods to pass to inspection and inventory process. We offer reverse logistics programs as part of our fulfillment service to our customers, and can also offer it as a standalone service.
